Details of Revision:

  • Enhanced compatibility between AVCHD discs created using DVD MovieWriter SE and some players (Panasonic DMR-BW900/800/700, etc.)

    Note¡GUpdating your player¡¦s firmware to the newest version is highly recommended. For details on how to update firmware, please refer to the user¡¦s manual or the manufacturer¡¦s homepage of your player.

Precautions:
  • This update patch includes the following: - Correction of the problem of complete loss of edited data as a result of errors generated during Create AVCHD Disk and Create DVD-Video Disk operations involving multiple files of less than 2GB saved with iVIS HG10. - Correction of the problem of complete loss of edited data as a result of errors generated during Export operation involving multiple files of less than 2GB saved with iVIS HG10.
  • Music data added to the title menu and chapter menu will repeat itself after 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
  • To recover an AVCHD disk made in the past, import the image data recorded on the disk to your PC and create a new disk.

Upgrading Procedure:

1. Close DVD MovieWriter SE if it is running.
2. Close the GuideMenu. To close the GuideMenu, click on the GuideMenu icon on the bottom right of the task bar and select Close.
3. Download the upgrade patch program from this page.
4. When download is complete, double-click on the upgrade patch program icon to open it.
5. Select your preferred language using the language selection function. After confirming details, press the Next button to begin installation. If the program installs normally, the software version should be upgraded to DVD MovieWriter 5.60.0179.3 SE.

Version Confirmation Procedure:

1. Open DVD MovieWriter SE.
2. Click on the leftmost icon Settings and Options at the bottom of the DVD MovieWriter SE window, and then select Environment Settings.
3. Click on About Ulead DVD MovieWriter. The figures -- 5.60.0179.3 -- displayed above product code is your version number.
